This package is a fully immersive, start-to-finish experience where I guide every creative and logistical detail - from refining your overall concept and sourcing the perfect vendor team to managing budgets, timelines, guest flow and on-the-day execution with calm precision. It’s designed for couples who want the confidence of knowing every element is thoughtfully considered, beautifully cohesive and seamlessly managed, for a day like no other.

Creative Direction & Design: Full concept development and refinement across every touchpoint, including bespoke moodboards, styling briefs, digital mock-ups, floorplans, curated hire selections and complete styling vendor coordination
Planning, Budget & Vendor Management: Budget creation and tracking, structured planning timeline, comprehensive vendor sourcing, quoting, booking management and end-to-end supplier liaison
Logistics, Layout & Guest Experience: Venue walkthroughs, floorplan and technical planning (lighting, sound and spatial flow), detailed timelines and run sheets, and seamless coordination of all moving parts

This offering is designed for couples who want their creative vision thoughtfully shaped from the outset, with styling led in a cohesive and intentional way, before transitioning into full coordination in the final weeks. I work with you early to weave together your aesthetic direction and manage every styling detail, then from eight weeks out step seamlessly into complete coordination. This includes overseeing logistics, suppliers and on-the-day flow, so everything feels elevated and effortlessly brought to life.

Choosing what service you need can feel a little overwhelming at the start, and that's completely okay. As a gentle guide: if you've planned your wedding yourself and want a calm presence to land it beautifully, On Your Day Coordination is for you. If the aesthetic is what you'd most like in expert hands, it's Signature Styling. If you'd love both styling and full coordination woven together, Styled Coordination is where those two meet. And if you'd love me alongside you from the very first ‘yes’, End to End Planning is where it all begins. Still unsure? Start the conversation and I'll help you find the right fit, with no pressure either way. Please keep in mind, I customise all packages to my couples needs.

I take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can give every couple my full attention, which means earlier really is better, particularly if your date falls within peak season (March to May, September to November on the East Coast). As a guide, I recommend reaching out 12 to 18 months ahead for End to End Planning, 9 to 12 months for Signature Styling or Styled Coordination, and at least 3 to 6 months out for On Your Day Coordination. If your date is tighter than that, please still enquire. I can often find a way to make it work.

It begins with an initial enquiry, a short note about you, your wedding and what you're hoping for. From there we will set up a call to discuss your day in depth and you will get an opportunity to see if we are the perfect match. From there, I'll send through a personalised proposal with your recommended service and investment, and once everything feels right, a deposit secures your date. What comes next is a planning rhythm shaped around you, with an onboarding call, shared planning portal, regular check-ins and ongoing support from the moment you book right through to your wedding day. You'll hear back from me within three business days of your first enquiry, and I'll always keep you in the loop about what's coming next.
